We would like to remind you to exercise caution when receiving unsolicited calls, and not to divulge any personal or account information to individuals claiming to be from Citi. This may include scammers impersonating officers from our Fraud department.
Please note that Citi will never:
- Ask for your personal details or login credentials i.e. User ID, password or One Time PIN (OTP)
- Perform a call transfer to government agencies or initiate a conference call with government agencies
- Instruct you to transfer or withdraw funds from your accounts and/or move it to another account that is not registered under you
Should you need to report a scam or a fraudulent transaction on your account, please contact us immediately via the Citi Mobile® App or our CitiPhone hotline. You may also report any suspected scams and phone numbers via the ScamShield App or call the National Scam Hotline at 1799.
